How to be a Great Host for Renters as well as a Great Renter to the Host

As an owner I tell my guest to make me aware if an accident or an item breaks in the unit. Guest need to understand there is a four hour window between the time they check out and new guest arrive. This places an owner in an unfortunate situation where they must locate supplies in Ocean City. This may lead to higher cost to the guest. Knowing ahead of time allows an owner to be prepared with the right tools or items to fix or replace the damage or damaged item.
