Legacy Inn Common Area Smoking Rule

This rule prohibits the use of smoke or vapor-emitting products including, but not limited
to: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices.
This new rule shall apply to the following areas: All common and limited common areas,
including but not limited to balconies, walkways, lobby, elevator, pool area, parking area
and stairs.

Owners shall be responsible and shall be held accountable for the behavior of their
family members and guests, as well.

Alleged violations shall be reported to a Board member in writing. The Board will
investigate, and at its sole discretion, shall determine if a violation has occurred, and
shall impose appropriate penalty per below – based upon majority vote.

Violation Penalties:

• 1st offense = Written warning
• 2nd offense = $50 fine
• 3rd offense = $100 fine
• Subsequent offenses = Loss of privileges (Common area access such as pool,
parking and storage areas)
