The Hobby Horse Ice Cream Parlor is one of the island’s most hidden secrets. The ice cream and staff is the best in Ocean City. It is just one block off the boardwalk and only a ½ block from the Legacy Inn. The ice cream is awesome, but the best is the homemade waffle and ice cream which is big enough for two.
